Aluminium Dining Sets

Aluminium Outdoor Dining Sets

4 models built factory-direct in Foshan, China. Every page below lists real dimensions, materials and MOQ — no "contact us to find out".

Every model below is built in PatioHue Outdoor's own workshop in Foshan — we are the factory, not a trading company, which is why you can specify dimensions, finishes and fabric directly with the people cutting and assembling your order. Posted prices are deliberately absent because every project differs in quantity, finish and freight; send quantities and a destination port and we come back with real numbers, usually within 12 hours.

A dining set is the hardest-working thing on a terrace, and aluminium is the material that survives the workload. Chairs are dragged across stone between services, tables are wiped down after every sitting and left out through the wet season, and nothing on the set needs oiling, sealing or painting. The frames are welded and powder-coated in-house, then finished with woven rope, textilene sling or a teak or sintered-stone top.

What decides whether an aluminium dining set works commercially is not the frame — it is the chair. Stacking chairs cut off-season storage to roughly a quarter of the deck footprint, sling seats dry in the sun without a cushion, and a seat height of 45–48 cm with a 60 cm table overhang is what makes a long lunch comfortable rather than tolerated. We publish chair and table dimensions separately on every model so you can check them against your floor plan.

How to choose

  • Ask whether the chairs stack. Stacking chairs cut off-season storage to roughly a quarter of the deck footprint.
  • Check seat height against table height: 45–48 cm seat with a 72–76 cm table is the comfortable standard.
  • Confirm the table top material. Teak is warm and re-sandable, sintered stone is marble-look without sealing, HPL is the value choice for volume orders.
  • Ask for the powder-coating specification, not just the word aluminium. Chromate pre-treatment is what stops the finish flaking in year three.
  • For a 200 cm or longer table, ask about an under-rail or centre leg. Without one, long spans sag within a season.
  • Check the fasteners — stainless 304 or 316 should be named explicitly. Plated steel fittings stain the frame with rust even on aluminium.
  • Sling and open-weave seats dry faster than padded ones and remove the need for a cushion storage plan.
  • Ask for spare glides and touch-up paint in the order. Both are two-minute repairs on site but need the exact parts.

How we build them

Tube is cut and jig-welded to keep frames square, then degreased and chromate pre-treated before powder coating so the finish keys into the metal chemically rather than sitting on the surface. Weave is applied by hand over the finished frame using UV-stabilised HDPE rope or strap, and every piece is wiped and inspected before it is wrapped. Frames are packed with foam sheet and corner protection in drop-tested export cartons, knocked down where that reduces shipped cube.

Care and maintenance

Wash with fresh water and a mild pH-neutral soap a few times a season; wipe the table top after service. No polish, oil or sealer is required and none should be applied. Rinse thoroughly in coastal or chlorinated environments. For scuff marks on the powder coating, a non-abrasive cream cleaner on a soft cloth usually lifts them without dulling the finish — do not use wire wool or aggressive solvents.

Common questions

Can we mix models in one container?

Yes. Most buyers combine a primary model with a smaller quantity of alternatives to test the market, subject to each model's stated MOQ. We prepare a single loading plan for the whole shipment so you can book freight against real carton counts and cube figures.

Do you accept OEM drawings and private label?

Yes — size, finish, hardware, cushion fabric and branding can all be adjusted, and we quote from drawings or reference photographs. Private-label cartons, manuals and logo application are available above MOQ.

What documentation comes with the shipment?

Standard export documents, packing list, loading plan and finishing specification. Powder-coating specification and frame colour reference are available on request; tell us which market you are importing into and we will confirm what that destination requires.

Can we get spare parts later?

Yes. Rope runs, touch-up paint, bolts, glides and cushion covers are held in stock for current models, and we ship parts with your next order without extra freight when combined.
