Contract dining set with sling chairs that stack — built for daily terrace service.
Designed around how a restaurant terrace actually works: chairs stack four high so the deck clears in minutes, the sling seat dries in the sun without a cushion, and the whole set can be wiped down with a cloth. Nothing on it needs oiling, sealing or painting.
The AL-DN-7101 measures 220 × 100 × H75 cm overall. Key figures: table size 220 × 100 × H75 cm, chair size 58 × 62 × H86 cm, seats 8, table top Teak slats / HPL option, shipped 1 set / 5 cartons at a net weight of 78 kg. Small changes to any of these numbers can be quoted from a drawing, so a project does not have to be built around whatever a catalogue happened to list.
A dining set is the hardest-working thing on a terrace, and aluminium is the material that survives the workload. Chairs are dragged across stone between services, tables are wiped down after every sitting and left out through the wet season, and nothing on the set needs oiling, sealing or painting. The frames are welded and powder-coated in-house, then finished with woven rope, textilene sling or a teak or sintered-stone top.
What decides whether an aluminium dining set works commercially is not the frame — it is the chair. Stacking chairs cut off-season storage to roughly a quarter of the deck footprint, sling seats dry in the sun without a cushion, and a seat height of 45–48 cm with a 60 cm table overhang is what makes a long lunch comfortable rather than tolerated. We publish chair and table dimensions separately on every model so you can check them against your floor plan.
Where buyers are putting the AL-DN-7101 to work.
Chairs stack four high so the deck clears in minutes, and the whole set wipes down with a cloth between sittings.
Daily service in the sun and rain with no cushion programme and no annual oiling weekend for staff.
Compact two-seat sets in sintered stone or HPL that survive constant use and go under cover in winter.
Small-footprint sets for developer handover — the same unit specification repeated hundreds of times.

Material: Powder-coated aluminium frame and legs, textilene sling seat and back, solid teak or HPL table top.
Every AL-DN-7101 is cut, welded, chromate pre-treated and powder-coated on PatioHue Outdoor's own line in Foshan, and the rope or strap is woven by hand in the same building. Nothing is subcontracted when volumes get tight — which is why a repeat frame two years later still matches the first one.
Chemical keying before powder coating — this is what stops the finish flaking at weld edges in year three.
Contract-grade wall thickness, jig-welded and kept square, so the weave cannot work loose around the frame.
Roughly a third of the weight of a teak equivalent, foam-wrapped with corner protection in drop-tested cartons.
Custom powder colour from a single RAL number, with a repeat order that matches years later.
Wash with fresh water and a mild pH-neutral soap a few times a season; wipe the table top after service. No polish, oil or sealer is required and none should be applied. Rinse thoroughly in coastal or chlorinated environments. For scuff marks on the powder coating, a non-abrasive cream cleaner on a soft cloth usually lifts them without dulling the finish — do not use wire wool or aggressive solvents.
Size, finish, hardware and edge profile can all be adjusted on the AL-DN-7101, and we accept drawings or reference photographs. PatioHue Outdoor builds in-house, so confirming a change takes a workshop decision rather than a chain of suppliers. Private-label cartons, instruction sheets and logo application are available from the stated MOQ.
Ships 1 set / 5 cartons, net weight 78 kg. Standard production runs 25–35 days after deposit depending on quantity and finish, with FOB Shenzhen or Nansha loading. We issue a carton-by-carton loading plan before every shipment so you can book freight against real numbers.

Yes. Size, finish, hardware and edge profile can all be adjusted, and we accept drawings or reference photos. We can add your logo, produce private-label cartons and documentation. PatioHue Outdoor is the factory, so you are specifying directly with the people who build it.
Yes — the chairs on the AL-DN-7101 stack, which is what makes off-season storage realistic on a working terrace. Four stacked chairs take roughly the floor space of one.
Not with the specification used on the AL-DN-7101. The frame is degreased and chromate pre-treated before the powder is applied and cured, so the coating keys into the metal chemically rather than sitting on it. That is the difference between a finish that survives scratch-and-salt exposure for years and one that starts lifting at the weld edges after a couple of seasons.
It depends on the top you choose. Solid metal holds heat, which is why we finish tables in teak, sintered stone or HPL rather than bare aluminium sheet. On the AL-DN-7101 the top is Teak slats / HPL option, all of which stay comfortable to touch in direct sun.
Roughly a third of the weight for the same section — this AL-DN-7101 is 78 kg. That makes repositioning a one-person job and cuts freight per cover, but it also means wind becomes the consideration on exposed rooftops and seafront decks. Tell us the location and we will say plainly whether ballast is needed.
Tell us the quantity, destination port and finish you need. We reply with price, lead time and a loading plan — usually within 12 hours.
