White aluminium frame, woven rope-back chairs and a thick solid teak top.
The set that suits both a hotel terrace and a private garden: it photographs like a residential piece but the frame, fixings and packing are specified for commercial use. The 4 cm teak top is thick enough to be re-sanded, and the aluminium under-rail stops the long span from sagging.
The AL-DN-7102 measures 200 × 100 × H78 cm overall. Key figures: table size 200 × 100 × H78 cm, chair size 56 × 57 × H80 cm, seats 6, table top Solid teak, 4 cm, shipped 1 set / 4 cartons at a net weight of 72 kg. Small changes to any of these numbers can be quoted from a drawing, so a project does not have to be built around whatever a catalogue happened to list.
What decides whether an aluminium dining set works commercially is not the frame — it is the chair. Stacking chairs cut off-season storage to roughly a quarter of the deck footprint, sling seats dry in the sun without a cushion, and a seat height of 45–48 cm with a 60 cm table overhang is what makes a long lunch comfortable rather than tolerated. We publish chair and table dimensions separately on every model so you can check them against your floor plan.
Table tops are where buyers have the most choice. Solid teak gives warmth and can be re-sanded years later; sintered stone gives the marble look of a high-end hospitality terrace without the sealing and etching problems of real stone and at only 12 mm thick; HPL is the value option for high-volume café and balcony orders. All three are supported on an aluminium under-rail so a 200 cm span does not sag.
Where buyers are putting the AL-DN-7102 to work.
Daily service in the sun and rain with no cushion programme and no annual oiling weekend for staff.
Compact two-seat sets in sintered stone or HPL that survive constant use and go under cover in winter.
Small-footprint sets for developer handover — the same unit specification repeated hundreds of times.
Salt air attacks steel and untreated metal; powder-coated aluminium with stainless fixings leaves no rust streaks on pale decking.

Material: Powder-coated aluminium frame, hand-woven HDPE rope back and seat, solid teak table top with aluminium under-rail.
Every AL-DN-7102 is cut, welded, chromate pre-treated and powder-coated on PatioHue Outdoor's own line in Foshan, and the rope or strap is woven by hand in the same building. Nothing is subcontracted when volumes get tight — which is why a repeat frame two years later still matches the first one.
Chemical keying before powder coating — this is what stops the finish flaking at weld edges in year three.
Contract-grade wall thickness, jig-welded and kept square, so the weave cannot work loose around the frame.
Roughly a third of the weight of a teak equivalent, foam-wrapped with corner protection in drop-tested cartons.
Custom powder colour from a single RAL number, with a repeat order that matches years later.
Check chair bolts and glides at the start of each season; aluminium does not corrode, but a bolt loosened by daily dragging still needs a quarter turn. Sling and rope seats need only a rinse. Teak tops can be left to silver or sealed annually to keep the honey tone; sintered stone and HPL need nothing at all.
Size, finish, hardware and edge profile can all be adjusted on the AL-DN-7102, and we accept drawings or reference photographs. PatioHue Outdoor builds in-house, so confirming a change takes a workshop decision rather than a chain of suppliers. Private-label cartons, instruction sheets and logo application are available from the stated MOQ.
Ships 1 set / 4 cartons, net weight 72 kg. Standard production runs 25–35 days after deposit depending on quantity and finish, with FOB Shenzhen or Nansha loading. We issue a carton-by-carton loading plan before every shipment so you can book freight against real numbers.

Rope-Back Chair & Teak-Top Dining Set – 6 Seater measures 200 × 100 × H78 cm overall; the full specification runs table size 200 × 100 × H78 cm, chair size 56 × 57 × H80 cm, seats 6, table top Solid teak, 4 cm. Yes. Size, finish, hardware and edge profile can all be adjusted, and we accept drawings or reference photos. We can add your logo, produce private-label cartons and documentation. PatioHue Outdoor is the factory, so you are specifying directly with the people who build it.
It depends on the top you choose. Solid metal holds heat, which is why we finish tables in teak, sintered stone or HPL rather than bare aluminium sheet. On the AL-DN-7102 the top is Solid teak, 4 cm, all of which stay comfortable to touch in direct sun.
Roughly a third of the weight for the same section — this AL-DN-7102 is 72 kg. That makes repositioning a one-person job and cuts freight per cover, but it also means wind becomes the consideration on exposed rooftops and seafront decks. Tell us the location and we will say plainly whether ballast is needed.
Yes — a single RAL number is all we need, applied to the whole frame rather than to panels, which is why a repeat order two years later matches the first without the variation you get when specifying natural timber. Custom powder colours may carry a small minimum quantity depending on the shade.
Solid teak, sintered stone (marble-look, 12 mm) and HPL, all on an aluminium under-rail. Teak is the warmest and can be re-sanded; sintered stone resists wine and citrus and never needs sealing; HPL is the value option for volume café and balcony orders.
Tell us the quantity, destination port and finish you need. We reply with price, lead time and a loading plan — usually within 12 hours.
