Solid Teak Solid Teak Dining Tables

6 models built factory-direct in Foshan, China. Every page below lists real dimensions, materials and MOQ — no "contact us to find out".

Every model below is built in PatioHue Outdoor's own workshop in Foshan — we are the factory, not a trading company, which is why you can specify dimensions, finishes and fabric directly with the people cutting and assembling your order. Posted prices are deliberately absent because every project differs in quantity, finish and freight; send quantities and a destination port and we come back with real numbers, usually within 12 hours.

A long table is the anchor of any outdoor room. Ours are built from thick solid teak tops — no veneer, no engineered core — supported by frames sized for real use rather than showroom photography. Tops are cross-battened or reinforced underneath so they stay flat instead of cupping after the first wet winter.

Tables are made in a workshop rather than bought in, which means lengths are adjustable in 20 cm steps, edges can be square or bull-nosed, and extension leaves are genuinely available rather than a catalogue footnote. Most importantly, replacement tops can be produced years later from the same pattern.

How to choose

  • Top thickness matters more than anything: 3 cm is retail grade, 4 cm reads as contract furniture and stays stable on long spans.
  • Look underneath for cross-battens or a concealed steel spine. A plain slab spans 180 cm fine and cups beyond that.
  • Ask about the base style. Pedestal and trestle bases seat more people because nobody straddles a leg; four-leg tables corner people at the ends.
  • Allow 60 cm of table edge per diner and 75 cm behind each chair for service aisles in hospitality layouts.
  • Adjustable feet solve most wobble complaints on stone, decking and tiled surfaces.
  • Extension leaves need a proper mechanism. Butterfly leaves stored under the top are the cleanest solution and need no separate storage.
  • Umbrella holes should be specified before production — retrofitting a hole through a finished top is possible but rarely clean.
  • Knocked-down (KD) tops reduce freight noticeably on long tables; ask for both KD and assembled quotes.

How we build them

Timber is kiln dried to 8–12% moisture before cutting, then jointed with mortise-and-tenon and 304 stainless hardware rather than screw-and-glue assembly. Every frame is hand-sanded to 180–240 grit, finished with oil or a water-based sealer, and packed in drop-tested export cartons. Knocked-down options are available on most models and can reduce shipped cube significantly.

Care and maintenance

Clean with water and pH-neutral soap; a soft brush along the grain lifts embedded dirt. Expect the surface to weather to silver-grey outdoors — sand once lightly each spring if you want to keep it smooth. Resealing once or twice yearly preserves the honey tone. Use mats under very hot dishes to avoid local scorring.

Common questions

Can we mix models in one container?

Yes. Most buyers combine a primary model with a smaller quantity of alternatives to test the market, subject to each model's stated MOQ. We prepare a single loading plan for the whole shipment so you can book freight against real carton counts and cube figures.

Do you accept OEM drawings and private label?

Yes — size, finish, hardware, cushion fabric and branding can all be adjusted, and we quote from drawings or reference photographs. Private-label cartons, manuals and logo application are available above MOQ.

What documentation comes with the shipment?

Standard export documents, packing list, loading plan and finishing specification. Timber origin documentation and FSC chain-of-custody are available on request; tell us which market you are importing into and we will confirm what that destination requires.

Can we get spare parts later?

Yes. Slats, bolts, catches, wheels and cushion covers are held in stock for current models, and we ship parts with your next order without extra freight when combined.
