Top thickness is the single best predictor of how a table ages. Three centimetres is honest retail grade; four centimetres is what contract buyers specify because it resists cupping across long spans and survives being re-sanded years later. We will tell you which is appropriate rather than upselling thickness you do not need.
Commercial layouts live and die on base style. Pedestal and trestle bases seat more people because nobody straddles a leg, while four-leg tables place a guest awkwardly at each end. Every TS-DT-01 is cut, jointed, sanded and finished in PatioHue Outdoor's own workshop in Foshan, so the same hands make your sample and your production order. Nothing is outsourced to a second factory when volumes get tight.
Dried to 8–12% moisture before cutting, so the frame stays stable in humid or dry climates.

Cartons are drop-tested; KD options reduce container cube. Loading plans prepared per order.

Clean with water and pH-neutral soap; a soft brush along the grain lifts embedded dirt. Expect the surface to weather to silver-grey outdoors — sand once lightly each spring if you want to keep it smooth. Resealing once or twice yearly preserves the honey tone. Use mats under very hot dishes to avoid local scorring.
Size, finish, hardware and edge profile can all be adjusted on the TS-DT-01, and we accept drawings or reference photographs. PatioHue Outdoor builds in-house, so confirming a change takes a workshop decision rather than a chain of suppliers. Private-label cartons, instruction sheets and logo application are available from the stated MOQ.
Ships in export cartons. Standard production runs 25–35 days after deposit depending on quantity and finish, with FOB Shenzhen or Nansha loading. We issue a carton-by-carton loading plan before every shipment so you can book freight against real numbers.

MOQ is 10 sets. Mixed containers are fine — you can combine models across our teak dining tables range, and we will prepare one loading plan for the whole shipment. Sample orders below MOQ are possible at a small premium.
