Hotel decks, villa terraces, beach clubs and restaurant gardens — supplied factory-direct from our own workshop in Foshan.
Most of our buyers are not shopping for one sofa. They are equipping a pool deck before a season opens, furnishing forty balconies for a handover date, or replacing a restaurant terrace that has been eaten by two summers of sun and chlorine. That kind of order is judged on three things: whether the specification survives the location, whether the delivery lands on the date, and whether the person on the other end of the email knows the product well enough to answer a question without guessing.
Below are the settings we are asked for most often. If your project looks like one of them, send us the plan or a handful of photographs, the head count, and your target port — we will come back with a configuration, a price and a loading plan rather than a catalogue link.
Four steps, and you deal with the factory at every one of them.
Send dimensions, a plan or photographs, the number of covers, and how the space is used. We tell you honestly which configuration fits — including when the answer is fewer, larger pieces rather than more small ones.
Material, finish, cushion fabric, hardware grade and load rating are fixed in writing. Teak for the visible statement pieces, aluminium where maintenance would otherwise fall on staff.
A sample or a pre-production unit is built and photographed, and finishes are confirmed before the run starts. Custom drawing-to-sample runs about three weeks.
Production runs 25–35 days after deposit, with an inspection report and a carton-by-carton loading plan issued before the container is sealed.
Contract-grade frames, written static load figures for your operator file, and spare parts held for current models so a broken lounger is a repair rather than a replacement.
Drawings, dimensions and finish samples against your specification, with a factory that will say when a detail will not survive outdoors rather than build it anyway.
Mixed containers across teak and aluminium, private-label cartons and manuals, and consistent repeat production so a second order matches the first.
Volume SKUs that customers recognise every season, packed knocked-down for efficient shelf delivery, with predictable lead times ahead of the spring selling window.
Yes. Samples are welcome and priced at a small premium over container quantities, and the sample cost is credited back once the production order is placed. Where a sample is impractical, we photograph and video the actual unit being built for you rather than sending a stock image.
Every order ships with a packing list, a loading plan and a photo report. Third-party inspection through SGS or BV is welcomed and arranged on request, at AQL 2.5 unless you specify otherwise. We would rather find a problem in Foshan than have you find it at the port.
Cartons are drop-tested and corners are protected as standard, because furniture travels further than most cargo and is handled more often. If something does arrive damaged, send photographs and the carton markings and we will replace it with your next shipment or produce the part — slats, wheels, catches, rope runs and cushion covers are all held for current models.
Send the plan or a few photographs, the number of seats you need and your destination port. We reply with a configuration, pricing and a loading plan — usually within 12 hours.
