Product overview

Burmese Teak Long Table – 240 cm

Premium Burmese teak, quarter-sawn and hand-finished — our flagship table.

Our flagship dining table. Quarter-sawn Burmese teak gives a straight, stable grain and the natural oils that make teak the benchmark for outdoor timber. Origin documentation can be supplied on request.

The WH-DT-3201 measures 240 × 105 × 76 cm overall. Key figures: size 240 × 105 × 76 cm, top thickness 3.5 cm, wood Burmese teak, grade A, grain Quarter-sawn, shipped 1 pc / 2 cartons at a net weight of 82 kg. Small changes to any of these numbers can be quoted from a drawing, so a project does not have to be built around whatever a catalogue happened to list.

A long table is the anchor of any outdoor room. Ours are built from thick solid teak tops — no veneer, no engineered core — supported by frames sized for real use rather than showroom photography. Tops are cross-battened or reinforced underneath so they stay flat instead of cupping after the first wet winter.

Tables are made in a workshop rather than bought in, which means lengths are adjustable in 20 cm steps, edges can be square or bull-nosed, and extension leaves are genuinely available rather than a catalogue footnote. Most importantly, replacement tops can be produced years later from the same pattern.

Material & build

How the WH-DT-3201 is made

Our flagship dining table. Quarter-sawn Burmese teak gives a straight, stable grain and the natural oils that make teak the benchmark for outdoor timber. Origin documentation can be supplied on request.

Material: Burmese (Myanmar) teak, quarter-sawn boards, hand-rubbed oil, brass hardware.

Every WH-DT-3201 is cut, jointed, sanded and finished in PatioHue Outdoor's own workshop in Foshan, so the same hands make your sample and your production order. Nothing is outsourced to a second factory when volumes get tight.

Kiln-Dried Timber

Dried to 8–12% moisture before cutting, so the frame stays stable in humid or dry climates.

Joinery & Hardware

Mortise-and-tenon joints with 304 stainless bolts and brass inserts — no visible screw heads.

Export Packing

Cartons are drop-tested; KD options reduce container cube. Loading plans prepared per order.

Customization

Size, finish, cushion fabric and brand label can all be adjusted. Drawings accepted.

Buyer's notes

What to check before ordering

  • Adjustable feet solve most wobble complaints on stone, decking and tiled surfaces.
  • Extension leaves need a proper mechanism. Butterfly leaves stored under the top are the cleanest solution and need no separate storage.
  • Umbrella holes should be specified before production — retrofitting a hole through a finished top is possible but rarely clean.
  • Knocked-down (KD) tops reduce freight noticeably on long tables; ask for both KD and assembled quotes.
  • Top thickness matters more than anything: 3 cm is retail grade, 4 cm reads as contract furniture and stays stable on long spans.

Care and maintenance

Clean with water and pH-neutral soap; a soft brush along the grain lifts embedded dirt. Expect the surface to weather to silver-grey outdoors — sand once lightly each spring if you want to keep it smooth. Resealing once or twice yearly preserves the honey tone. Use mats under very hot dishes to avoid local scorring.

Customisation, OEM and private label

Size, finish, hardware and edge profile can all be adjusted on the WH-DT-3201, and we accept drawings or reference photographs. PatioHue Outdoor builds in-house, so confirming a change takes a workshop decision rather than a chain of suppliers. Private-label cartons, instruction sheets and logo application are available from the stated MOQ.

Packing, shipping and lead time

Ships 1 pc / 2 cartons, net weight 82 kg. Standard production runs 25–35 days after deposit depending on quantity and finish, with FOB Shenzhen or Nansha loading. We issue a carton-by-carton loading plan before every shipment so you can book freight against real numbers.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

If your question is not here, message us on WhatsApp — we answer technical questions directly from the workshop.

What are the exact dimensions of the WH-DT-3201?

Burmese Teak Long Table – 240 cm measures 240 × 105 × 76 cm overall; the full specification runs size 240 × 105 × 76 cm, top thickness 3.5 cm, wood Burmese teak, grade A, grain Quarter-sawn. Net weight is 82 kg and it ships 1 pc / 2 cartons. If you need dimensions outside this range, we quote custom sizes from drawings.

What is the minimum order quantity for the WH-DT-3201?

MOQ is 3 pcs. Mixed containers are fine — you can combine models across our dining tables range, and we will prepare one loading plan for the whole shipment. Sample orders below MOQ are possible at a small premium.

Do you offer OEM, custom sizes and private label?

Yes. Size, finish, hardware and edge profile can all be adjusted, and we accept drawings or reference photos. We can add your logo, produce private-label cartons and documentation. PatioHue Outdoor is the factory, so you are specifying directly with the people who build it.

How many does Burmese Teak Long Table – 240 cm seat?

At 240 × 105 × 76 cm and allowing 60 cm of edge per person, it seats 8 – 10 — more if you use benches. Tell us your target head count and we will confirm whether this length or the next size up is the better fit.

How thick is the top?

3.5 cm of solid teak. Thick tops resist cupping and are what separate contract-grade tables from retail pieces that wobble after one season.

Will a long table warp outdoors?

Any timber moves with humidity. We control it by kiln drying to 8–12%, quarter- or flat-sawing consistently, and cross-battening or adding a concealed steel spine underneath on long spans. That is why our long tables stay flat rather than cupping across the width.

Can we order a custom length?

Yes — lengths are adjustable in 20 cm steps. Custom work needs a drawing or dimension sheet; tooling cost is normally negligible and we quote drawing-to-sample in around three weeks.
