A rust-free aluminium dining set with stacking chairs and an easy-care top.
A rust-free aluminium dining set for restaurants and hotels. Table top in teak, sintered stone or HPL, all on an aluminium under-rail so long spans stay flat.
The AL-DN-08 measures Made to your required dimensions overall. Key figures: custom sizing Made to your required dimensions. Small changes to any of these numbers can be quoted from a drawing, so a project does not have to be built around whatever a catalogue happened to list.
Because the whole set is welded and coated to a standard colour, a repeat order two years later matches the first — a single RAL number is all we need. That consistency is why restaurant groups and hotel chains specify aluminium for terraces they refurbish on a rolling programme rather than all at once.
A dining set is the hardest-working thing on a terrace, and aluminium is the material that survives the workload. Chairs are dragged across stone between services, tables are wiped down after every sitting and left out through the wet season, and nothing on the set needs oiling, sealing or painting. The frames are welded and powder-coated in-house, then finished with woven rope, textilene sling or a teak or sintered-stone top.
Where buyers are putting the AL-DN-08 to work.
Small-footprint sets for developer handover — the same unit specification repeated hundreds of times.
Salt air attacks steel and untreated metal; powder-coated aluminium with stainless fixings leaves no rust streaks on pale decking.
Open weave and sling seats dry in minutes, so a shower does not close half the terrace until tomorrow.
Contract-grade frames that take daily commercial use and can be hosed down at the end of the week.

Every AL-DN-08 is cut, welded, chromate pre-treated and powder-coated on PatioHue Outdoor's own line in Foshan, and the rope or strap is woven by hand in the same building. Nothing is subcontracted when volumes get tight — which is why a repeat frame two years later still matches the first one.
Chemical keying before powder coating — this is what stops the finish flaking at weld edges in year three.
Contract-grade wall thickness, jig-welded and kept square, so the weave cannot work loose around the frame.
Roughly a third of the weight of a teak equivalent, foam-wrapped with corner protection in drop-tested cartons.
Custom powder colour from a single RAL number, with a repeat order that matches years later.
Check chair bolts and glides at the start of each season; aluminium does not corrode, but a bolt loosened by daily dragging still needs a quarter turn. Sling and rope seats need only a rinse. Teak tops can be left to silver or sealed annually to keep the honey tone; sintered stone and HPL need nothing at all.
Size, finish, hardware and edge profile can all be adjusted on the AL-DN-08, and we accept drawings or reference photographs. PatioHue Outdoor builds in-house, so confirming a change takes a workshop decision rather than a chain of suppliers. Private-label cartons, instruction sheets and logo application are available from the stated MOQ.
Ships in export cartons. Standard production runs 25–35 days after deposit depending on quantity and finish, with FOB Shenzhen or Nansha loading. We issue a carton-by-carton loading plan before every shipment so you can book freight against real numbers.

Yes. Size, finish, hardware and edge profile can all be adjusted, and we accept drawings or reference photos. We can add your logo, produce private-label cartons and documentation. PatioHue Outdoor is the factory, so you are specifying directly with the people who build it.
A freshwater rinse a few times a season and a mild soap wash is the whole list. There is no oiling, sealing or re-varnishing, and unlike timber there is no colour change to expect. This AL-DN-08 is the option for properties that will not run a furniture maintenance programme.
Yes, and many buyers do — teak for the visible statement pieces and aluminium where the maintenance burden would otherwise fall on staff. Both are built in our own workshops, so they ship together with a single loading plan and one set of documents.
Yes — the chairs on the AL-DN-08 stack, which is what makes off-season storage realistic on a working terrace. Four stacked chairs take roughly the floor space of one.
Not with the specification used on the AL-DN-08. The frame is degreased and chromate pre-treated before the powder is applied and cured, so the coating keys into the metal chemically rather than sitting on it. That is the difference between a finish that survives scratch-and-salt exposure for years and one that starts lifting at the weld edges after a couple of seasons.
Tell us the quantity, destination port and finish you need. We reply with price, lead time and a loading plan — usually within 12 hours.
