Hand-woven outdoor rope over a teak-look frame — light, breathable, Nordic styling.
A favourite for boutique hotels and homestays. The olefin rope is woven by hand over a rust-free aluminium frame, giving an airy Nordic look that dries quickly after rain. Chairs stack for off-season storage.
The WH-DN-2001 measures Ø110 × 75 cm overall. Key figures: table size Ø110 × 75 cm, chair size 58 × 60 × 82 cm, rope 6 mm olefin, UV-stable, frame Aluminium, 1.5 mm wall, shipped 1 table + 4 chairs / 3 cartons at a net weight of 32 kg. Small changes to any of these numbers can be quoted from a drawing, so a project does not have to be built around whatever a catalogue happened to list.
A dining set is the hardest-working thing on a terrace: breakfast service, long family lunches and evening drinking all happen at the same table. We build ours around kiln-dried solid teak, cut with traditional mortise-and-tenon joints and finished by hand, so frames stay square through years of being dragged across stone and rained on between services.
Sets ship as a complete package — table plus correctly matched chairs — which removes the usual headache of mixing suppliers. Chair count, table length, umbrella hole and folding or stacking behaviour can all be specified per project, and KD options cut your freight cost per seat.
Where buyers are putting the WH-DN-2001 to work.
The everyday set: big enough for Sunday lunch, compact enough that four people can still talk without shouting.
Service-friendly round or long tops with stacking chairs that clear the deck in minutes when the weather turns.
A permanent table under stone arches — teak greys into the setting instead of fighting it.
Folding or compact sets that fold flat against a wall when not in use.
A favourite for boutique hotels and homestays. The olefin rope is woven by hand over a rust-free aluminium frame, giving an airy Nordic look that dries quickly after rain. Chairs stack for off-season storage.
Material: Powder-coated aluminium frame, hand-woven 6 mm olefin rope, teak-look slatted tabletop.
Every WH-DN-2001 is cut, jointed, sanded and finished in PatioHue Outdoor's own workshop in Foshan, so the same hands make your sample and your production order. Nothing is outsourced to a second factory when volumes get tight.
Dried to 8–12% moisture before cutting, so the frame stays stable in humid or dry climates.
Mortise-and-tenon joints with 304 stainless bolts and brass inserts — no visible screw heads.
Cartons are drop-tested; KD options reduce container cube. Loading plans prepared per order.
Size, finish, cushion fabric and brand label can all be adjusted. Drawings accepted.
Wash down a few times each season with water and a pH-neutral soap; a soft brush lifts dirt from the grain. Teak left outdoors weathers to silver-grey — this is cosmetic, not decay. If you want to keep the honey tone, apply a water-based teak sealer once or twice a year. Never use bleach or a high-pressure washer on the surface.
Size, finish, hardware and edge profile can all be adjusted on the WH-DN-2001, and we accept drawings or reference photographs. PatioHue Outdoor builds in-house, so confirming a change takes a workshop decision rather than a chain of suppliers. Private-label cartons, instruction sheets and logo application are available from the stated MOQ.
Ships 1 table + 4 chairs / 3 cartons, net weight 32 kg. Standard production runs 25–35 days after deposit depending on quantity and finish, with FOB Shenzhen or Nansha loading. We issue a carton-by-carton loading plan before every shipment so you can book freight against real numbers.

Yes. Size, finish, hardware and edge profile can all be adjusted, and we accept drawings or reference photos. We can add your logo, produce private-label cartons and documentation. PatioHue Outdoor is the factory, so you are specifying directly with the people who build it.
It is specified as nordic rope-woven dining set – 4 seater; the table measures Ø110 × 75 cm. Counting 60 cm of edge per person, this configuration comfortably seats the intended number, and we can extend lengths by 20–40 cm for tighter facilities.
Yes, the chairs stack, which is why this set is popular for restaurants and staff dining areas where the deck is cleared nightly. Stacked storage needs roughly the floor area of a single chair per four units.
This table ships without an umbrella hole as standard, but we drill one on request at no tooling cost for orders above the stated MOQ.
Matte powder coating — we hand-sand to 180–240 grit, then oil or seal depending on the look you want. Oiled tops keep a honey tone longer; water-based sealers slow the greying without a plastic film.
Tell us the quantity, destination port and finish you need. We reply with price, lead time and a loading plan — usually within 12 hours.
