Seat count is the first decision and the one most often got wrong. Six people around a 150 cm table is a squeeze; seven around 180 cm is comfortable. Every WH-DN-2101 is cut, jointed, sanded and finished in PatioHue Outdoor's own workshop in Foshan, so the same hands make your sample and your production order. Nothing is outsourced to a second factory when volumes get tight.
Dried to 8–12% moisture before cutting, so the frame stays stable in humid or dry climates.

Wash down a few times each season with water and a pH-neutral soap; a soft brush lifts dirt from the grain. Teak left outdoors weathers to silver-grey — this is cosmetic, not decay. If you want to keep the honey tone, apply a water-based teak sealer once or twice a year. Never use bleach or a high-pressure washer on the surface.
Size, finish, hardware and edge profile can all be adjusted on the WH-DN-2101, and we accept drawings or reference photographs. PatioHue Outdoor builds in-house, so confirming a change takes a workshop decision rather than a chain of suppliers. Private-label cartons, instruction sheets and logo application are available from the stated MOQ.

Teak was used for ship decks for this reason. The natural oil content resists rot and insect attack, and kiln drying to 8–12% moisture means the frame does not crack when humidity swings. Let it weather or reseal it — both are acceptable, neither damages the structure.
Yes. We print or laser your logo on the underside of tops or on a discreet frame location, and can produce woven labels for cushions. Private-label packing and instruction sheets are available from the stated MOQ.
Standard production is around 25–35 days after deposit depending on quantity and finish, plus shipping. Repeat orders are usually faster because patterns are already set up. Peak-season bookings should be placed earlier — January to April fills first for European summer delivery.
