Aluminium Sun Loungers

Aluminium Sun Loungers & Daybeds

4 models built factory-direct in Foshan, China. Every page below lists real dimensions, materials and MOQ — no "contact us to find out".

Every model below is built in PatioHue Outdoor's own workshop in Foshan — we are the factory, not a trading company, which is why you can specify dimensions, finishes and fabric directly with the people cutting and assembling your order. Posted prices are deliberately absent because every project differs in quantity, finish and freight; send quantities and a destination port and we come back with real numbers, usually within 12 hours.

Sun loungers take the worst of it: full sun, chlorinated splash, salt spray and guests who move them every day. Aluminium is the material that tolerates all four. The frames are welded and powder-coated in-house with a chromate pre-treatment, so nothing rusts onto pale decking, and the tops are either wide-pitch aluminium slats or tensioned mesh that drain instantly instead of holding water until tomorrow.

The specification questions that matter on a lounger are backrest positions, whether it stacks, and whether it needs a cushion. Four to five backrest positions cover reading and flat sunbathing; loungers that stack cut off-season storage to a fraction of the space; and a slatted or mesh top needs no cushion at all, which removes the whole business of bringing twelve cushions in every evening.

How to choose

  • Ask how many backrest positions the lounger has. Four or five covers reading through to flat sunbathing; two does not.
  • Ask whether it stacks. Stackable loungers cut off-season storage to a fraction of the space and are the difference between a usable store room and a corridor full of beds.
  • Wide slat spacing or tensioned mesh keeps the surface cooler and drains instantly — a closed panel holds heat and water.
  • Check the frame specification: chromate pre-treatment before powder coating is what stops the finish flaking at the weld edges in year three.
  • For exposed or windy sites ask about weight or ballast options. Aluminium is light, which is an advantage for staff and a question in the wind.
  • Confirm whether a cushion is required. Slatted and mesh tops need none, which removes an entire housekeeping task.
  • Check the wheels. Rubberised wheels protect decking and are replaceable — plastic ones are not, and they mark stone.
  • Ask for a published static load figure if the loungers are going into a contract or insured operation.

How we build them

Tube is cut and jig-welded to keep frames square, then degreased and chromate pre-treated before powder coating so the finish keys into the metal chemically rather than sitting on the surface. Weave is applied by hand over the finished frame using UV-stabilised HDPE rope or strap, and every piece is wiped and inspected before it is wrapped. Frames are packed with foam sheet and corner protection in drop-tested export cartons, knocked down where that reduces shipped cube.

Care and maintenance

Rinse with fresh water weekly in coastal or chlorinated environments to remove salt and chemical residue. Wash the frame a few times a season with a mild pH-neutral soap — no polish, oil or sealer is required and none should be applied. Check that backrest catches and wheel bolts stay tight at the start of each season.

Common questions

Can we mix models in one container?

Yes. Most buyers combine a primary model with a smaller quantity of alternatives to test the market, subject to each model's stated MOQ. We prepare a single loading plan for the whole shipment so you can book freight against real carton counts and cube figures.

Do you accept OEM drawings and private label?

Yes — size, finish, hardware, cushion fabric and branding can all be adjusted, and we quote from drawings or reference photographs. Private-label cartons, manuals and logo application are available above MOQ.

What documentation comes with the shipment?

Standard export documents, packing list, loading plan and finishing specification. Powder-coating specification and frame colour reference are available on request; tell us which market you are importing into and we will confirm what that destination requires.

Can we get spare parts later?

Yes. Rope runs, touch-up paint, bolts, glides and cushion covers are held in stock for current models, and we ship parts with your next order without extra freight when combined.
