Not with the specification used on the AL-SL-6102. The frame is degreased and chromate pre-treated before the powder is applied and cured, so the coating keys into the metal chemically rather than sitting on it. That is the difference between a finish that survives salt and chlorinated splash for years and one that starts lifting at the weld edges after a couple of seasons.
Bare aluminium does absorb heat, which is why specification matters. On the AL-SL-6102 the lying surface is open weave or mesh, so it stays noticeably cooler than a closed metal panel and dries minutes after a shower.
Aluminium is roughly a third of the weight of the equivalent teak frame, which is an advantage for staff and a question in the wind.
