Material: Solid teak table and chairs, 304 stainless hardware, hand-rubbed oil finish. Seat count and table length built to your plan.

Every TS-DN-05 is cut, jointed, sanded and finished in PatioHue Outdoor's own workshop in Foshan, so the same hands make your sample and your production order. Nothing is outsourced to a second factory when volumes get tight.

Kiln-Dried Timber

Dried to 8–12% moisture before cutting, so the frame stays stable in humid or dry climates.

Joinery & Hardware

Mortise-and-tenon joints with 304 stainless bolts and brass inserts — no visible screw heads.

Export Packing

Cartons are drop-tested; KD options reduce container cube. Loading plans prepared per order.

Customization

Size, finish, cushion fabric and brand label can all be adjusted. Drawings accepted.

What to check before ordering

  • Check whether the table has an umbrella hole and its diameter — 50 mm and 38 mm are the common sizes and the parasol must match.
  • Stacking or folding chairs decide your off-season storage. Four stacked chairs occupy roughly the floor area of one.
  • Ask whether the table knock-down (KD). KD frames can reduce total shipped cube by 25–35% versus fully welded or pre-assembled tops.
  • Match the timber across the set. Tables and chairs cut from different batches can differ noticeably in tone once they weather.
  • For contract use, look for reinforced aprons and stretchers on long tables — they stop the wobble that develops after years of service.

Care and maintenance

Wash down a few times each season with water and a pH-neutral soap; a soft brush lifts dirt from the grain. Teak left outdoors weathers to silver-grey — this is cosmetic, not decay. If you want to keep the honey tone, apply a water-based teak sealer once or twice a year. Never use bleach or a high-pressure washer on the surface.

Teak was used for ship decks for this reason. The natural oil content resists rot and insect attack, and kiln drying to 8–12% moisture means the frame does not crack when humidity swings. Let it weather or reseal it — both are acceptable, neither damages the structure.

Can you add our own brand label?

Yes. We print or laser your logo on the underside of tops or on a discreet frame location, and can produce woven labels for cushions. Private-label packing and instruction sheets are available from the stated MOQ.

What is the lead time?

Standard production is around 25–35 days after deposit depending on quantity and finish, plus shipping. Repeat orders are usually faster because patterns are already set up. Peak-season bookings should be placed earlier — January to April fills first for European summer delivery.
