Seat count is the first decision and the one most often got wrong. Six people around a 150 cm table is a squeeze; seven around 180 cm is comfortable. We will tell you honestly if the configuration you have in mind will not seat your target number, because nobody thanks a supplier for a terrace that does not work on day one.

How the TS-DN-04 is made

A solid teak dining set built as one matched package — table and chairs cut from the same batch so the tone is consistent. Seat count, table length and umbrella option are specified per project.

Material: Solid teak table and chairs, 304 stainless hardware, hand-rubbed oil finish. Seat count and table length built to your plan.

Every TS-DN-04 is cut, jointed, sanded and finished in PatioHue Outdoor's own workshop in Foshan, so the same hands make your sample and your production order. Nothing is outsourced to a second factory when volumes get tight.

Kiln-Dried Timber

Dried to 8–12% moisture before cutting, so the frame stays stable in humid or dry climates.

Joinery & Hardware

Mortise-and-tenon joints with 304 stainless bolts and brass inserts — no visible screw heads.

Export Packing

Cartons are drop-tested; KD options reduce container cube. Loading plans prepared per order.

Customization

Size, finish, cushion fabric and brand label can all be adjusted. Drawings accepted.

What to check before ordering

  • Order a spare chair or two per ten. Chairs take the most abuse and replacement lead times are longer than anyone expects.
  • Allow 60 cm of table edge per person. That is why a 180 cm table seats six comfortably and eight only at a squeeze.
  • Standard dining height is 74–76 cm with a 45 cm seat height. Anything lower reads as lounge furniture and guests notice.
  • Check whether the table has an umbrella hole and its diameter — 50 mm and 38 mm are the common sizes and the parasol must match.
  • Stacking or folding chairs decide your off-season storage. Four stacked chairs occupy roughly the floor area of one.

Care and maintenance

Tighten chair bolts at the start and end of each season; timber moves with humidity and a quarter turn keeps frames solid. Simple remedy and worth writing into the maintenance schedule.

Customisation, OEM and private label

Size, finish, hardware and edge profile can all be adjusted on the TS-DN-04, and we accept drawings or reference photographs. PatioHue Outdoor builds in-house, so confirming a change takes a workshop decision rather than a chain of suppliers. Private-label cartons, instruction sheets and logo application are available from the stated MOQ.

Packing, shipping and lead time

Ships in export cartons. Standard production runs 25–35 days after deposit depending on quantity and finish, with FOB Shenzhen or Nansha loading. We issue a carton-by-carton loading plan before every shipment so you can book freight against real numbers.

What finish is applied?

we hand-sand to 180–240 grit, then oil or seal depending on the look you want. Oiled tops keep a honey tone longer; water-based sealers slow the greying without a plastic film.

Can we buy tables and chairs separately?

Yes. Some buyers order extra chairs per table, others only want replacement tops. We quote both ways and can match existing pieces from a photo and dimension sheet.

How does it hold up in full sun and heavy rain?

Teak was used for ship decks for this reason. The natural oil content resists rot and insect attack, and kiln drying to 8–12% moisture means the frame does not crack when humidity swings. Let it weather or reseal it — both are acceptable, neither damages the structure.
