Solid teak A-frame with a powder-coated aluminium core — the best of both materials.
The wood carries the look; the aluminium inside carries the load. That combination lets the frame stay slim at the arm while remaining stable, and it means the set can sit in full sun without the movement you get from an all-timber frame of the same section.
The AL-SF-5104 measures 180 × 75 × 66 cm overall. Key figures: 3-seater size 180 × 75 × 66 cm, armchair size 76 × 75 × 68 cm, coffee table 70 × 70 × 35 cm, seat height 40 cm, shipped 1 set / 3 cartons at a net weight of 54 kg. Small changes to any of these numbers can be quoted from a drawing, so a project does not have to be built around whatever a catalogue happened to list.
Because the frames are welded and then coated to a standard colour, custom colours are practical in a way they are not with timber: a single RAL number is all we need, and matching a second order two years later is not a gamble on how the timber happened to be cut that season. That consistency is why so many contract and hospitality buyers pair an aluminium range with a teak one.
Aluminium is the material for projects where maintenance is the deciding factor. A powder-coated sofa frame does not need oiling, will not crack in a dry season and cannot rot, so a hotel can leave the same seating on an exposed pool deck for years without a maintenance schedule. The frames are welded and powder-coated in-house, then hand-woven with UV-stabilised HDPE rope or flat strap so they read as furniture rather than as metal tubing.
Where buyers are putting the AL-SF-5104 to work.
Bulk orders for developer handover where each unit gets the same set and nobody wants a maintenance call-back.
Deep seating that can stay out through a wet winter without a cover schedule or an annual oiling weekend.
Morning coffee and evening drinks in the same seats, with contract-grade foam that does not flatten in year two.
The least attention-hungry seating you can put outside — it does not need a caretaker between bookings.
The wood carries the look; the aluminium inside carries the load. That combination lets the frame stay slim at the arm while remaining stable, and it means the set can sit in full sun without the movement you get from an all-timber frame of the same section.
Material: Solid teak outer frame, powder-coated aluminium structural insert, quick-dry foam cushions in solution-dyed acrylic.
Every AL-SF-5104 is cut, welded, chromate pre-treated and powder-coated on PatioHue Outdoor's own line in Foshan, and the rope or strap is woven by hand in the same building. Nothing is subcontracted when volumes get tight — which is why a repeat frame two years later still matches the first one.
Chemical keying before powder coating — this is what stops the finish flaking at weld edges in year three.
Contract-grade wall thickness, jig-welded and kept square, so the weave cannot work loose around the frame.
Roughly a third of the weight of a teak equivalent, foam-wrapped with corner protection in drop-tested cartons.
Custom powder colour from a single RAL number, with a repeat order that matches years later.
Cushion covers zip off and can be spot-cleaned with mild soap, and the reticulated cores drain quickly, but storing them dry over a long off-season will extend their life by years. Check that all bolts are snug at the start of each season — aluminium does not corrode, but a bolt loosened by vibration still needs a quarter turn. Touch-up paint is available in the frame colour of your order.
Size, finish, fabric, cushion density can all be adjusted on the AL-SF-5104, and we accept drawings or reference photographs. PatioHue Outdoor builds in-house, so confirming a change takes a workshop decision rather than a chain of suppliers. Private-label cartons, instruction sheets and logo application are available from the stated MOQ.
Ships 1 set / 3 cartons, net weight 54 kg. Standard production runs 25–35 days after deposit depending on quantity and finish, with FOB Shenzhen or Nansha loading. We issue a carton-by-carton loading plan before every shipment so you can book freight against real numbers.
If your question is not here, message us on WhatsApp — we answer technical questions directly from the workshop.
Aluminium & Teak A-Frame Sofa Set measures 180 × 75 × 66 cm overall; the full specification runs 3-seater size 180 × 75 × 66 cm, armchair size 76 × 75 × 68 cm, coffee table 70 × 70 × 35 cm, seat height 40 cm. Net weight is 54 kg and it ships 1 set / 3 cartons. If you need dimensions outside this range, we quote custom sizes from drawings.
MOQ is 5 sets. Mixed containers are fine — you can combine models across our aluminium sofa sets range, and we will prepare one loading plan for the whole shipment. Sample orders below MOQ are possible at a small premium.
Yes. Size, finish, fabric and cushion density can all be adjusted, and we accept drawings or reference photos. We can add your logo, produce private-label cartons and documentation. PatioHue Outdoor is the factory, so you are specifying directly with the people who build it.
A freshwater rinse a few times a season and a mild soap wash is the whole list. There is no oiling, sealing, sanding or re-varnishing, and unlike timber there is no colour change to expect. This AL-SF-5104 is the option for properties that will not run a furniture maintenance programme.
Yes, and many buyers do — teak for the visible statement pieces and aluminium where the maintenance burden would otherwise fall on staff. Both are built in our own workshops, so they ship together with a single loading plan and one set of documents.
Not with the specification used on the AL-SF-5104. The frame is degreased and chromate pre-treated before the powder is applied and cured, so the coating keys into the metal chemically rather than sitting on it. That is the difference between a finish that survives scratch-and-salt exposure for years and one that starts lifting at the weld edges after a couple of seasons.
Bare aluminium does absorb heat, which is why specification matters. On the AL-SF-5104 the load-bearing surfaces are either woven rope, flat strap or a cushion, and the spacing is kept open so air moves through and the frame cools. Timber and stone tops stay cooler still, and those are available across the range.
Tell us the quantity, destination port and finish you need. We reply with price, lead time and a loading plan — usually within 12 hours.
