Every AL-SF-10 is cut, welded, chromate pre-treated and powder-coated on PatioHue Outdoor's own line in Foshan, and the rope or strap is woven by hand in the same building. Nothing is subcontracted when volumes get tight — which is why a repeat frame two years later still matches the first one.

Ships in export cartons. Standard production runs 25–35 days after deposit depending on quantity and finish, with FOB Shenzhen or Nansha loading. We issue a carton-by-carton loading plan before every shipment so you can book freight against real numbers.

Yes. Rope and strap are woven over the frame rather than injected into it, so damaged sections can be re-woven on site with a repair length and a simple weaving tool. We supply spare rope in the frame colour with production orders and hold it in stock for current models.
