How the WH-SL-4002 is made

Two independently adjustable backrests on one wide teak frame — popular for resort cabanas and couples' pool decks.

Material: Solid teak frame, 304 stainless fittings, two marine-grade cushions with drainage mesh.

Every WH-SL-4002 is cut, jointed, sanded and finished in PatioHue Outdoor's own workshop in Foshan, so the same hands make your sample and your production order. Nothing is outsourced to a second factory when volumes get tight.

Kiln-Dried Timber

Dried to 8–12% moisture before cutting, so the frame stays stable in humid or dry climates.

Joinery & Hardware

Mortise-and-tenon joints with 304 stainless bolts and brass inserts — no visible screw heads.

Export Packing

Cartons are drop-tested; KD options reduce container cube. Loading plans prepared per order.

Customization

Size, finish, cushion fabric and brand label can all be adjusted. Drawings accepted.

What to check before ordering

  • Look for stainless 304 or 316 hardware. Chlorine and salt will stain anything less within a season.
  • Stackability decides winter storage. Stackable loungers can cut off-season storage space by half.
  • Check static load rating if you are supplying a commercial property; 120–150 kg is the range most operators want in writing.
  • Ask about replacement parts. A lounger you cannot repair ends up in a skip after one broken slat.
  • Umbrella or side-table add-ons increase revenue per guest and are cheap to ship with the main order.

Care and maintenance

At the end of the season, stand cushions on edge to dry fully before storage and check each frame's wheel bolts. A yearly freshwater rinse significantly extends the life of stainless fittings in pool environments where chlorine film builds up on surfaces.

Can it stay outside all year?

Teak is built for exactly that — its natural oils resist rot, insects and moisture. Cushions should be stored dry over long wet periods, but the frame can stay out indefinitely and simply weather to silver-grey.

What about chlorine and salt water?

No problem for the timber. All metal components are stainless 304 (316 optional for seafront), because chlorinated and salt water will stain ordinary plated hardware within weeks.

Are the cushions marine grade?

2 × 8 cm drainage foam, used with solution-dyed acrylic covers over quick-dry foam with a mesh base, so water drains through instead of sitting in the cushion.

Do they stack for winter storage?

Several of our lounger frames stack or fold for off-season storage — ask which configurations apply to this model. Stacking can halve your winter storage footprint.
