A solid teak sun lounger built for pool decks and beach clubs. The frame is solid timber with stainless fittings, and the cushion uses marine-grade quick-dry foam that sheds water fast.

How the TS-SL-01 is made

A solid teak sun lounger built for pool decks and beach clubs. The frame is solid timber with stainless fittings, and the cushion uses marine-grade quick-dry foam that sheds water fast.

Material: Solid teak frame, 304 stainless fittings, marine-grade quick-dry cushion.

Every TS-SL-01 is cut, jointed, sanded and finished in PatioHue Outdoor's own workshop in Foshan, so the same hands make your sample and your production order. Nothing is outsourced to a second factory when volumes get tight.

Kiln-Dried Timber

Dried to 8–12% moisture before cutting, so the frame stays stable in humid or dry climates.

Joinery & Hardware

Mortise-and-tenon joints with 304 stainless bolts and brass inserts — no visible screw heads.

Export Packing

Cartons are drop-tested; KD options reduce container cube. Loading plans prepared per order.

Customization

Size, finish, cushion fabric and brand label can all be adjusted. Drawings accepted.

What to check before ordering

  • Ask about replacement parts. A lounger you cannot repair ends up in a skip after one broken slat.
  • Umbrella or side-table add-ons increase revenue per guest and are cheap to ship with the main order.
  • Check the backrest mechanism first — it is the part guests break. Look for a solid teak or stainless ratchet rather than plastic clips.
  • Wheel material matters: rubber or PU tyres protect decking and roll quietly; hard nylon is cheaper and marks pale stone.
  • Cushions should have a mesh base and quick-dry foam, otherwise every lounger out of action the morning after rain.

Care and maintenance

Rinse with fresh water weekly in coastal or chlorinated environments to remove salt and chemical residue. Wash the frame a few times a season and check that wheel bolts and backrest catches stay tight. Cushions: brush off sand, spot-clean with mild soap and water, and store dry during long wet periods. Let the timber weather to silver or reseal annually to keep the honey tone.

Customisation, OEM and private label

Size, finish, fabric, cushion density can all be adjusted on the TS-SL-01, and we accept drawings or reference photographs. PatioHue Outdoor builds in-house, so confirming a change takes a workshop decision rather than a chain of suppliers. Packing, shipping and lead time

Ships in export cartons. Standard production runs 25–35 days after deposit depending on quantity and finish, with FOB Shenzhen or Nansha loading. We issue a carton-by-carton loading plan before every shipment so you can book freight against real numbers.
