Material: Solid teak frame, 304 stainless fittings, marine-grade quick-dry cushion.

Every TS-SL-02 is cut, jointed, sanded and finished in PatioHue Outdoor's own workshop in Foshan, so the same hands make your sample and your production order. Nothing is outsourced to a second factory when volumes get tight.

Kiln-Dried Timber

Dried to 8–12% moisture before cutting, so the frame stays stable in humid or dry climates.

Joinery & Hardware

Mortise-and-tenon joints with 304 stainless bolts and brass inserts — no visible screw heads.

Export Packing

Cartons are drop-tested; KD options reduce container cube. Loading plans prepared per order.

Customization

Size, finish, cushion fabric and brand label can all be adjusted. Drawings accepted.

What to check before ordering

  • Wheel material matters: rubber or PU tyres protect decking and roll quietly; hard nylon is cheaper and marks pale stone.
  • Cushions should have a mesh base and quick-dry foam, otherwise every lounger out of action the morning after rain.
  • Look for stainless 304 or 316 hardware. Chlorine and salt will stain anything less within a season.
  • Stackability decides winter storage. Stackable loungers can cut off-season storage space by half.
  • Check static load rating if you are supplying a commercial property; 120–150 kg is the range most operators want in writing.

Care and maintenance

At the end of the season, stand cushions on edge to dry fully before storage and check each frame's wheel bolts. A yearly freshwater rinse significantly extends the life of stainless fittings in pool environments where chlorine film builds up on surfaces.

Customisation, OEM and private label

Size, finish, fabric, cushion density can all be adjusted on the TS-SL-02, and we accept drawings or reference photographs.
