Top thickness is the single best predictor of how a table ages. Three centimetres is honest retail grade; four centimetres is what contract buyers specify because it resists cupping across long spans and survives being re-sanded years later. Every TS-DT-04 is cut, jointed, sanded and finished in PatioHue Outdoor's own workshop in Foshan, so the same hands make your sample and your production order. Nothing is outsourced to a second factory when volumes get tight.
Dried to 8–12% moisture before cutting, so the frame stays stable in humid or dry climates.

Long tables benefit from being covered or tilted under cover in prolonged wet months, though teak does not require it. Check that base bolts stay tight after the first season, and re-torque when the table is moved. Surface checking — fine hairline splits — is normal acclimatisation, not a defect.
Size, finish, hardware and edge profile can all be adjusted on the TS-DT-04, and we accept drawings or reference photographs. PatioHue Outdoor builds in-house, so confirming a change takes a workshop decision rather than a chain of suppliers. Private-label cartons, instruction sheets and logo application are available from the stated MOQ.
Ships in export cartons. Standard production runs 25–35 days after deposit depending on quantity and finish, with FOB Shenzhen or Nansha loading. We issue a carton-by-carton loading plan before every shipment so you can book freight against real numbers.

Any timber moves with humidity. We control it by kiln drying to 8–12%, quarter- or flat-sawing consistently, and cross-battening or adding a concealed steel spine underneath on long spans. That is why our long tables stay flat rather than cupping across the width.
Yes — lengths are adjustable in 20 cm steps. Custom work needs a drawing or dimension sheet; tooling cost is normally negligible and we quote drawing-to-sample in around three weeks.
