Every TS-DT-02 is cut, jointed, sanded and finished in PatioHue Outdoor's own workshop in Foshan, so the same hands make your sample and your production order. Nothing is outsourced to a second factory when volumes get tight.
Dried to 8–12% moisture before cutting, so the frame stays stable in humid or dry climates.

Cartons are drop-tested; KD options reduce container cube. Loading plans prepared per order.

Long tables benefit from being covered or tilted under cover in prolonged wet months, though teak does not require it. Check that base bolts stay tight after the first season, and re-torque when the table is moved. Surface checking — fine hairline splits — is normal acclimatisation, not a defect.
Size, finish, hardware and edge profile can all be adjusted on the TS-DT-02, and we accept drawings or reference photographs. PatioHue Outdoor builds in-house, so confirming a change takes a workshop decision rather than a chain of suppliers. Private-label cartons, instruction sheets and logo application are available from the stated MOQ.
Ships in export cartons. Standard production runs 25–35 days after deposit depending on quantity and finish, with FOB Shenzhen or Nansha loading. We issue a carton-by-carton loading plan before every shipment so you can book freight against real numbers.

MOQ is 10 sets. Mixed containers are fine — you can combine models across our teak dining tables range, and we will prepare one loading plan for the whole shipment. Sample orders below MOQ are possible at a small premium.
Yes. Size, finish, hardware and edge profile can all be adjusted, and we accept drawings or reference photos. We can add your logo, produce private-label cartons and documentation. PatioHue Outdoor is the factory, so you are specifying directly with the people who build it.

Timber origin documentation and FSC chain-of-custody are available on request, along with test reports for finishes. Tell us which market you are importing into and we will confirm what documentation that requires.
