Every AL-SL-07 is cut, welded, chromate pre-treated and powder-coated on PatioHue Outdoor's own line in Foshan, and the rope or strap is woven by hand in the same building. Nothing is subcontracted when volumes get tight — which is why a repeat frame two years later still matches the first one.

Ships in export cartons. Standard production runs 25–35 days after deposit depending on quantity and finish, with FOB Shenzhen or Nansha loading. We issue a carton-by-carton loading plan before every shipment so you can book freight against real numbers.
