Sun loungers take the worst of it: full sun, chlorinated splash, salt spray and guests who move them every day. Aluminium is the material that tolerates all four. The frames are welded and powder-coated in-house with a chromate pre-treatment, so nothing rusts onto pale decking, and the tops are either wide-pitch aluminium slats or tensioned mesh that drain instantly instead of holding water until tomorrow.
The specification questions that matter on a lounger are backrest positions, whether it stacks, and whether it needs a cushion. Four to five backrest positions cover reading and flat sunbathing; loungers that stack cut off-season storage to a fraction of the space; and a slatted or mesh top needs no cushion at all, which removes the whole business of bringing twelve cushions in every evening.

Every AL-SL-05 is cut, welded, chromate pre-treated and powder-coated on PatioHue Outdoor's own line in Foshan, and the rope or strap is woven by hand in the same building. Nothing is subcontracted when volumes get tight — which is why a repeat frame two years later still matches the first one.

PatioHue Outdoor builds in-house, so confirming a change takes a workshop decision rather than a chain of suppliers. Private-label cartons, instruction sheets and logo application are available from the stated MOQ.
Ships in export cartons. Standard production runs 25–35 days after deposit depending on quantity and finish, with FOB Shenzhen or Nansha loading. We issue a carton-by-carton loading plan before every shipment so you can book freight against real numbers.

It depends on the top. The AL-SL-05 is specified with wide-pitch aluminium slats, so it is comfortable without a cushion and drains instantly. A pad is available if guests expect one.
The AL-SL-05 adjusts through several positions from upright reading to flat sunbathing. Catches are metal rather than plastic, and they are the part we hold spares for.
Not with the specification used on the AL-SL-05. The frame is degreased and chromate pre-treated before the powder is applied and cured, so the coating keys into the metal chemically rather than sitting on it. That is the difference between a finish that survives salt and chlorinated splash for years and one that starts lifting at the weld edges after a couple of seasons.
Bare aluminium does absorb heat, which is why specification matters. On the AL-SL-05 the lying surface is wide-pitch aluminium slats with air moving between them, so it stays noticeably cooler than a closed metal panel and dries minutes after a shower.
