The specification questions that matter on a lounger are backrest positions, whether it stacks, and whether it needs a cushion. Four to five backrest positions cover reading and flat sunbathing; loungers that stack cut off-season storage to a fraction of the space; and a slatted or mesh top needs no cushion at all, which removes the whole business of bringing twelve cushions in every evening.
Daybeds are a different buying decision — they sell a photograph as much as a seat. Our round and cage designs are sized to fit a standard cabana rather than dominate it, and the open weave keeps air moving, which is precisely why guests use them at midday when cushioned seating is too hot.

Every AL-SL-02 is cut, welded, chromate pre-treated and powder-coated on PatioHue Outdoor's own line in Foshan, and the rope or strap is woven by hand in the same building. Nothing is subcontracted when volumes get tight — which is why a repeat frame two years later still matches the first one.

Ships in export cartons. Standard production runs 25–35 days after deposit depending on quantity and finish, with FOB Shenzhen or Nansha loading. We issue a carton-by-carton loading plan before every shipment so you can book freight against real numbers.

Not with the specification used on the AL-SL-02. The frame is degreased and chromate pre-treated before the powder is applied and cured, so the coating keys into the metal chemically rather than sitting on it. That is the difference between a finish that survives salt and chlorinated splash for years and one that starts lifting at the weld edges after a couple of seasons.
Bare aluminium does absorb heat, which is why specification matters. On the AL-SL-02 the lying surface is wide-pitch aluminium slats with air moving between them, so it stays noticeably cooler than a closed metal panel and dries minutes after a shower.
Aluminium is roughly a third of the weight of the equivalent teak frame, which is an advantage for staff and a question in the wind.
